A suitable place to live is more than a roof over your head. It is the foundation for stability and well-being. The place where you can retreat and be totally yourself. A home is much more than four walls, a ceiling and a door.
All our homes meet the Flexible Living Standards Foundation (NSF) standard. This means that safety, quality of life and hygiene are taken into account in the design. We provide enough space, good insulation and a comfortable environment, so that residents can really feel at home.
Since 2020, the Task Force for the Protection of Migrant Workers (the Roemer Committee) has drawn up clear guidelines for the housing of migrant workers. We actively apply these guidelines and ensure that our locations are ‘Roemer-proof’. This means that each resident has at least fifteen square meters of living space and a separate bedroom.
Every new location we create offers people a good place to live. We achieve this quickly and effectively in collaboration with local governments, municipalities and residents.
