The KaFra Tower offers residents comfortable and reliable living conditions. Each resident has at least fifteen square meters of personal space, including their own bedroom. Due to the separation of home and work contracts, the KaFra Tower not only meets the strict requirements of the Foundation for Flexible Housing Standards, but also exceeds the recommendations of the Roemer Committee for flexible housing. The KaFra Tower is a modern, modular studio complex that can be built on a space of 2,500 m². Thanks to the scalability and flexibility of the design the number of floors can be adapted to the specific policy wishes and location.

Flexible housing at top level
Starting at just 2,500 square meters of space, the KaFra Tower is a quick answer to the temporary housing that the Netherlands needs. This modular studio complex consists of prefabricated modules that can be quickly assembled and fitted out on site. Within nine months of the permit being granted, the KaFra Tower is ready for use, even when several Towers are erected at the same location, as was the case in Bleiswijk and Zevenbergen. This means we are able to respond quickly to housing needs, without making concessions to the quality of the living environment.
We take sustainability into account in the design of the KaFra Tower. The complex is completely gas-free, optimally insulated and equipped with solar panels. In addition, the modular design makes it possible to easily move and reuse the KaFra Tower after the permit period has expired. This gives the building a new lease of life and minimises the impact on the environment.

Location
A KaFra Tower can be placed on plots of 2500m2. This makes KaFra Towers extremely suitable for relatively small locations, for example (on the outskirts of) business parks or built-up areas.
