One good example is KaFra Etten-Leur, where we transformed a vacant building into a housing concept with Flex Accommodations. The result? A residential location that not only meets all required standards but also offers a pleasant living environment thanks to no less than 15 square meters of living space per person, private bedrooms for privacy and extra facilities such as gyms, laundromats and relaxation areas.
