Scalable housing for big needs
When there is a significant need for housing and space allows, our Flex Accommodation offers a quick and effective solution. This modular studio complex consists of separate, prefabricated modules that can easily be assembled on site. This makes the Flex Accommodation uniquely flexible and fully operational within nine months after issue of the permit.
Good housing is essential to us – and therefore also to the Flex Accommodation. With at least fifteen square meters of living space per resident, a private bedroom for optimal privacy, and a clear separation between living and working contracts, the Flex Accommodation more than meets the standards of the Flexible Housing Standards Foundation and the recommendations of the Roemer Committee.
Sustainability is an important pillar in the Flex Accommodation concept. The modules are gas-free, well insulated and equipped with solar panels, so that we can keep the ecological footprint of the complex as small as possible. The Flex Accommodation is therefore not only a temporary, but also a future-focussed solution for flexible housing.

The Flex Accommodation can additionally be equipped with: fitness room, meeting room(s), green areas, playground equipment(s) and sports facilities such as (beach) volleyball, basketball or (street) football.
Service & Management
Welfare Officers are on site 24/7 as a point of contact for residents and the surrounding area and take care of minor (green) maintenance.

Fully electric thanks to gasless connection, solar panels, well insulated.
Location
A Flex Accommodation fits best where there is plenty of space, such as on the edge of industrial areas or outside built-up areas.
Completion
Six to nine months after licence issuance.
