Being socially involved
We take the initiative and are actively present at our locations and in the neighbourhood. In this way, we maintain the support that we have built up during the development and realisation phase. Every week, our teams make rounds at locations to clean up litter and we participate in initiatives such as the World Cleanup Day.
Together with local organisations, we arrange campaigns for our residents. An example of this is: Lights On, where we draw residents' attention to the importance of proper bicycle lighting. And of course, local residents can come up with ideas for communal activities at our locations.
Working innovatively
We design our housing concepts with a vision of the future: cradle-to-cradle and with a modular approach. This is how we make our homes flexible and reusable.
Where possible, we make our locations gas-free, we think about optimal insulation when choosing materials and provide locations with solar panels.

Our method
At KaFra, we combine innovation with decisiveness. This translates into a unique working method based on three phases:
Development
We analyse local needs, select strategic locations and create support in the community. We do this through open communication and collaboration with stakeholders and by designing innovative housing concepts that seamlessly meet demand.
Realisation
We realise our locations quickly and efficiently, often within six to nine months. By using modular construction methods and working closely with local parties, we deliver quality without compromising on speed.
Service and Management
We remain involved after completion. Our on-site teams take care of maintenance, guiding residents and keeping a good relationship with the local community. In this way, we guarantee a pleasant living environment for everyone.
