In Oosterhout, Overbetuwe municipality, three KaFra Towers are rising with a brand new design. After clarifying the available plot and associated space, it was concluded that the square standard shape of previous KaFra Towers would not fit. Therefore, it was decided to adapt the shape to the available space. Hence the rectangular shape of these new KaFra Towers, which is also illustrative of the flexibility of the concept.
Eventually, up to 275 international staff can stay here, spread across two-person studios and four-person flats in line with the SNF standard and recommendations of the Roemer Committee. Besides 24/7 professional management by Welfare Officers, the site will be complemented by a reception area, sports fields, communal areas, a gym and car park.
