Technical Service Employee | Logejo

Location: Rotterdam/Utrecht
Hours: 40 hours per week

Technical Service Employee is responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work both at our headquarter in Boxmeer and at our locations in the Netherlands.

• · Perform for repairs to be performed within agreed frameworks;

• Performing painting, construction work and woodworking;

• Identifying technical deficiencies in housing and suggesting points of improvement or solutions;

• Managing the inventory registration of all technical equipment and consumer goods;

• Carrying out orders and recording where equipment is in use;

• Proactively preventing breakdowns by suggesting preventive improvement;

• Quality assurance at residential locations;

• Setting up new locations, installation of furniture, and placing of inventory.

• MBO level;

• Intermediate English, Dutch is an advantage;

• Relevant work experience;

• Driving license cat. B;

• Willing to work in the evenings or on weekends;

• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.

• Keep an overview of unexpected events;
