KAFRA has realised a new housing facility for migrant workers in the municipality of Horst aan de Maas. The modern, newly constructed LH Greenport complex was realised very rapidly thanks to its smart modular design and an effective partnership between the stakeholders. Construction started in January 2019 and the complex has been fully occupied since May 2019.
LH Greenport consists of three floors of two-person and four-person studios. It houses a total of 416 workers. All studios have their own living room with an open kitchen, private bathroom and toilet. There is also a common launderette and extensive sports and relaxation facilities.
