KAFRA Housing has realised a new housing facility for up to 316 migrant workers in Maasbree (in the municipality of Peel en Maas). The facility, MHP Maasbree, consists of 79 fully equipped, energy efficient four-person Mobile Homes. The Mobile Homes are spacious (30% larger than the SNF standard), are fully fitted and have all modern conveniences. They are also sustainable and energy efficient, as they are well insulated and are heated without natural gas. The Mobile Homes are situated in park-like surroundings with extensive green spaces, recreational facilities and ample parking. Strict house rules apply in the park and professional Welfare Officers are present 24/7 to give residents intensive guidance, to provide service and management and to manage relations with the local community.
