KAFRA Housing has realised a new housing facility for migrant workers in Leiden. The LH Leiden housing facility is the result of the transformation of the former Holiday Inn hotel. LH Leiden consists of 200 two-person studios and houses up to 400 migrant workers. The studios are spaciously designed, have all modern conveniences and their own kitchen block, shower and toilet. There are also various common facilities, including a fitness area, sports facilities and a relaxation space. Professional Welfare Officers are available on site to give residents intensive guidance. They are on site 24/7 to provide service and management. They also act as a central point of contact and manage relations with the local community.
