KAFRA Housing has realised a new housing facility for migrant workers in Almere: LH Almere. The former Westpoort office building has been transformed into LH Almere. LH Almere consists of 81 studios and houses a total of 125 residents. This KAFRA Housing facility also houses 60 Ukrainian refugees. The 81 studios are spaciously designed, have all modern conveniences and also have private bathrooms. There are also common facilities, including a fitness area, patio and two relaxation spaces. Professional Welfare Officers are also available on site to give residents intensive guidance. They are present 24/7 to provide service and management. They also act as a central point of contact and manage relations with the local community. LH Almere has a special Ukrainian-speaking Welfare Officer on site to help the 60 refugees.
With projects such as LH Almere and our unique Living as a Service concept, KAFRA Housing has set the new standard for in temporary housing for specific target groups, including migrant workers, students and people who urgently need housing.
