KAFRA has worked together with various partners in Waalwijk to realise a unique housing facility for migrant workers. The modern, newly constructed LH Waalwijk complex was realised very rapidly thanks to its smart modular design and an effective partnership between the stakeholders. The complex is currently fully occupied and houses 400 residents.
This new project consists of four floors with two-person and four-person studios. All studios have a living room with an open kitchen, private bathroom and toilet. There are also common launderettes and extensive sports and relaxation facilities.
