Labour Hotels are modern, modular living and studio complexes. As they consist of separate elements, they can be realised rapidly and can also be dismantled and reassembled at other locations, including near business parks. A variable number of modular studios can be integrated into each Labour Hotel. Each studio has two bedrooms, a private living room, kitchen, shower and toilet. The studios are fully furnished and there are also various common facilities, including a laundrette, fitness area and relaxation space. This type of semi-permanent housing requires a temporary rezoning and can be realised within six to nine months.
