Technical Service Employee is responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work both at our headquarters in Venray and at our locations in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Perform or arrange for repairs to be performed within agreed frameworks;
- Performing painting, construction work and woodworking;
- Planning and supervising timely repairs and/or maintenance of buildings and identifying deviations from this;
- Drawing up careful planning based on the work and time required;
- Identifying technical deficiencies in housing and suggesting points of improvement or solutions;
- Managing the inventory registration of all technical equipment and consumer goods;
- Carrying out orders and recording where equipment is in use;
- Proactively preventing breakdowns by suggesting preventive improvement;
- Quality assurance at residential locations;
- Setting up new locations, installation of furniture, and placing of inventory.
Job Requirements:
- MBO level;
- Intermediate English;
- Relevant work experience;
- Driving license cat. B;
- Willing to work in the evenings or on weekends.
